A networking discussion on what brands need to do to survive the high-growth international markets that will dominate the next centaury took place last Wednesday at the London College of Communication.

Katerina Mavroidis, a Beijing-based brand strategist who has spent the last years helping clients of Saatchi & Saatchi and of DDB to get rooted in China’s high-growth markets shared her thoughts with the audience

    I believe it always helps to employ and train more staff from other backgrounds and cultures to join important posts in the company. The UK has a large population of graduates from non European backgrounds, who were also born and and brought up here. These people are in the uniqe position of having more than one cultural identity, this knowledge should be used by branding companies.
