		<description>I believe it always helps to employ and train more staff from other backgrounds and cultures to join important posts in the company. The UK has a large population of graduates from non European backgrounds, who were also born and and brought up here. These people are in the uniqe position of having more than one cultural identity, this knowledge should be used by branding companies.</description>
