How we work as a company:
Different clients require different levels of talent and skill sets for different jobs and our team members equally have different talents and skill sets based on their experience. This is why make sure we match the right talent with the right job based on our employees experience by giving them a STAR grading.
After interview and trail, when we accepted a new member into into the team, they are placed placed into our team database and, depending on their experience, talents and strengths and given a STAR grading based on this.
There are roughly three tiers of Newspepper employees described below:
- One Star- You have just joined Newspepper and are on our silver starter rate. (usually just starting/started a degree in TV, Film and Video production/other).
- Two Star- You have been working at Newspepper for at least 8 Months and moved to our gold rate.(usually at end or year one or through year two of your degree and beginning to build your portfolio).
- Three Star- You have been working at Newspepper for over a year and are on our platinum rate (usually graduates who are freelancing at other places too).
