Newspepper reserves the right without notice to remove from the site any photographs, text or other materials which violate these rules or which Newspepper otherwise considers to be inappropriate. You must indemnify Newspepper against any loss, liability or cost we may incur as a result of a breach of these rules or, generally, because we make available to other members photographs, text or other materials that you upload to the site.

3. Member-contributed content

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Newspepper disclaims any responsibility for the content of materials uploaded to Newspepper.com by the members. Newspepper does not routinely review such materials and does not accept any obligation to do so or to modify or remove inappropriate, infringing or other unlawful content (although it reserves the right to do so) except where it is required to do so by law. 14. What information does Newspepper collect?

(e) User profile and other personal information: Newspepper members provide Newspepper with information about themselves (name, email address, age, etc.) through the member registration process. From time to time we also invite members to provide information through other parts of the site - for example, where Newspepper or a partner sponsors a promotion, sweepstake or competition through the site.
(f) Member-provided content: Newspepper also allows members to apply for job/internship roles and upload profile information (regarding personal interests, gender, age, education, occupation, etc.), and other materials which may include personal information about themselves or others, to the site so that they are available to employers, in the case of friends' email addresses, can be used to invite them to join Newspepper . We host these materials and make them available on behalf of our members. Members should be aware that, if they cancel their Newspepper membership, Newspepper will retain some personal information about them for a reasonable period in case they wish to re-join Newspepper and as a legal record of their relationship with Newspepper .

23. Newspepper Star Rating

Newspepper' star rating has been designed to give it's members experience and training whilst having a higher level to work towards.

It is at Newspepper' discretion to choose when it's member are ready to move up a star rating. Members may also be put back a rating at Newspepper' discretion. Members may also be held longer in a one or two star rating and also longer than the specified time period of three or six months for the one and two star rating review.
